Have you made your book yet?
I just published my 2006 blog book using Booksmart. It is the coolest thing! It imports all of your entries, then you can edit it for a book. Since I am using my blog as my journal... it was so much fun to see it all together as a book and remember all the fun things my kids have done... like how Oliver used to say, "I've had nuffin eat ALL DAY!" They grow up so fast!
