Savannah has been growing her hair out for "Locks of Love" for a long time. Since the "Pioneer Trek" was coming up, and we didn't want a repeat of the dreadlocks she came home with at camp, we decided the time was right to chop it off. It was amazing, her hair had started to look a little straight when it was long. Now that it is short, it has really curled up.
Savannah is sure she cut off more than she had to, but the hairdresser cut the main part off when it was dry. I guess without the weight, it has just bounced right up. It's about as curly as mine again, now... poor girl! She isn't very happy about it, but it will grow back!
