As you can see, the kids are supposed to dodge the ball and get to the other side without being hit. This video was taken on the third attempt at this game (unfortunately). There were only about 2 other parents (beside me) during the camp. The first time, the boys kicked the balls too hard and kids were being hit and doing face plants or flying in the air. As you can imagine, most of the boys were in tears. Oliver, however, would get hit and jump right back up. When the boys said, "Oliver, you're out," he would yell, "No I'm not. You cheated!" After the 2nd game, the coach from East ran over and told the boys to quit kicking the balls so hard. I was so happy Oliver wasn't a cry baby. Thanks to lots of rough housing with his dad, Kevin, Ryan and Tucker he had a blast! (He has on a giant shirt because earlier during the camp he had a bloody nose. Maybe next year I'll have to send him in full body armor.)

Our next soccer star!
Sorry to all of those that have already heard this story. The East High Soccer team had a fund raiser soccer camp for all kids 4-14. I thought it would be fun to see how Oliver did, so I signed him up with the girls. Here is a little game they played.

That is so cute! I love their enormous tshirts. I need to put Carter in something like that because he is disappointingly the worst drama cry baby! We've gotta toughen that kid up.
